Friday evening of the festival, tethered rides (weather permitting) will be available for purchase at 5:00 pm for $20 cash per person.
- Rides start at 5:00 pm
- The hot air balloon glow will begin at 7:30 pm.
- Tethered rides will still be available during the balloon glow until 9:00 pm.
